Presidential Grant Scheme: 5,000 Students to Benefit in First Phase

In a bid to foster entrepreneurship among Nigerian youths, the NYS 4 PBAT-LCM has announced that 5,000 students will benefit from the first phase of its Presidential Grant Scheme.

The scheme, designed to support small business ideas and campus-based startups, offers a seed capital of ₦1,000,000 to selected applicants. This initiative is part of the movement's broader strategy to reduce youth unemployment.

Selection Criteria

• Must be a current student or recent graduate (within 2 years).
• Must have a viable business idea or existing small business.
• Must be a registered member of the NYS 4 PBAT-LCM.

Applications are currently open and will close on March 30th, 2026. Winners will be selected based on the feasibility, scalability, and impact potential of their proposals.
